I am on my treadmill every single morning no matter how energetic or tired I am I try to average 40 minutes on it each day.

As you know we can’t live without our favorite Italian foods my mother is always still sending us a whole bunch and I love going out to dinner on the weekends after a long hard work week with my closest friends and having a glass of red wine.
