Allora...che c'e'?

I adore travel, film, theatre, good conversation, good food and a good laugh. I can't get enough of learning about new things - - history, culture, languages, art and architechture, nature (I love the Discovery and History channels, though I'd rather be there than watch it on TV!) I got a degree in film a few years ago and a few years before that, my majors for my bachelor's degree were drama and psychology. Not much good for making money but subjects I'm passionate about - - film and theatre and people. I'm pretty understanding, tolerant and patient. I can get caught in flights of fancy, sometimes, and can be pretty passionate about the things that matter to me. I can be pragmatic but most of the time I'm not. I've got my head in the clouds a lot of the time, but that's the only way to get anywhere, I think - believing you can do something fantastic is the only way you're going to accomplish it. I need someone who is definitely a gentleman but no one who takes himself too seriously. I enjoy being intellectually stimulated but I want someone I can be silly with, as well. Someone who is funny, encouraging, emotionally mature, understanding, adventurous but stable and takes care of himself. Spirituality is also very important to me. I lived abroad for several years, mainly in Italy and England. I loved it so much and I can't wait to go back. Looking For: Someone who wants to travel and go exploring. Loves laughing and can laugh at himself. Emotional maturity and open communication are key. Someone who enjoys at least a few of the activities that I do, so we can enjoy them together but enjoys a few I don't as well. That way we can have our own separate lives and you could introduce me to some new things, too! Good personal hygene is also important.
