Keep me focus rather than the needless distractions

This is like the worst way to get to know who I am rather than finding out by experiencing who I am. I am very loyal to myself and beliefs and don't allow the other things in life to influence me in ways I'd rather not. I am in a higher education university studying kinesiology which is the study of the human body. I also work as well as advancing in my career.
